How to replace an image for emails already sent

Is there anyway to replace an image for emails that have already been sent?  In every other program I use the image can be updated at the image url but it doesn't seem that CC has ever made that available.  I was curious if anyone knew a way.  Im sure we have all been there, you hit send and realize there is an error in an image file.  Any suggestions to how to fix it?

Unfortunately once an email is sent the images can not be changed. What you can do instead is make a copy of the campaign, make the correction, and send out the updated version.
