I sent a re subscription email to a member a while back and they cant locate it and is now asking me to resend. I dont have the option to resend the the email. How or what do i tell them in order to start receiving the emails once again??
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Until this contact opts-in to your contact list they will not receive your emails. With that said, there is not currently a way to resend this resubscribe email. This is however a feature request I have tracked in your account. There are two options you can try as a workaround, the first being through one of your sign-up forms. Having your contact sign-up through your form will trigger an update profile email they can resubscribe through. The second workaround can be done through the following steps:
1. Enable advanced permissions under My Settings
2. Go to the Contacts Page
3. Select Add Contacts
4. Select add Unsubscribed from file
5. Upload the file of unsubscribes
6. Open the affected contact profile
7. Click the Resubscribe button and follow flow there
