How to resubscribe a member

We have a member unsubscribe but at a later point decided to want to receive emails from us again. I sent her an email resubscribe request but she hasn't been able to find it. She has searched everywhere and it won't let me send another one. How can I get her back into our contact list? Is there another way?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If you contact is unable to find the resubscribe email you sent, you will want to send her a personal email with a link to a landing page so she can sign up again for your newsletters. Thank you!
