My organization is new to Constant Contact. We just sent our first two campaign emails this week. I would like to let the very small team, five people, know the results. What options do I have to share the results with the team that is not a simple, static screen shot?
Screenshots are honestly the most common method of sharing an overview like that, however it does depend on what kind of information you want to share, and how much access you want to give your team. You could absolutely consider setting up an additional user, to let the others log into the account directly and see the reports within the interface. Alternately, with one of the reports open, you can click 'export report' to get a CSV or Excel file with the relevant information. I hope those options help!
