i can's send emails to my lists the (continue) button above didn't reach me my email lists and said there was error (refresh) i need helppp

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! It does look like you are in a trial account, so you will want to upgrade as paid in order to send to over 500 email addresses. If you keep getting a refresh error message, try switching browsers to troubleshoot this. Thanks!

i start my free month so i can't send email to my contacts? i try ro open it in difference browsers but still there is a problem

Hello @user29600,

 

You should be able to send to under 500 email addresses in a trial account. Can you reply with a screenshot so we can see the error message please?

Thank you for that screenshot! Please try using the template titled "Support Copy" under your Campaigns tab to see if you still get that error message.
