I am not able to add or delete contacts

I am getting an error message when I try to add/delete contacts and lists.

 

I just took over an account for a non-profit and I want to clean up the contact lists but it is not letting me add and I have tried by importing a excel list and also by copy&paste the emails and nothing works.

 

I thought maybe I had too many contacts or too many lists but I am getting errors when I try to delete anything.

 

Please help!

I am getting this message and unable to upload the lists I need for today's newsletters. I am stumped and unable to proceed with adding contacts. There is no one to call for help as they are closed.

Same here. I have tried every option to try to manage my contacts and add/delete lists and error after error.

 

I see that they open at 10am ET on Saturdays by phone, so I trying to patiently wait.
