I am not happy

You guys said that I we would be able to do a free trial of up to 100 emails and I created the email and you will not allow me to send anything unless I go through another sales pitch with you. Also, your contact Christy phoned me yesterday and I spoke with her and explained we wanted to try this out. And it doesn't work and all I am trying to do is send a test email to our own internal list of 2 contacts and you are now flagging my account forcing me to phone you. Christy by the way I told her if she sends me an email that when we wish to sign up that we will do it with her and she never sent anything. I am completely bothered. I will look for another service.

With that said, I have taken a look at your account and can see you are in fact placed under a list review. While users always have the option of upgrading to a purchased plan directly in their account, in your case we do suggest contacting our List Review Specialists for further assistance.
