I am stuck on this screen. Please help

I am trying to re-activate my account. Yesterday I sent forms for the non-profit discount. It said not to make this selection until its was approved. Where is that option? Where is the approval? How can I re-activate with the discount? I tried calling this afternoon and the billing person was unhelpful

It looks like the Billing person was trying to confirm you were the account owner so they could securely go over your billing info with you, and tried to call back when you got disconnected. Regardless, it looks like your NP paperwork was received and applied earlier this week, so you should be safe to sign up for one of the prepayments and receive the 20/30% discount.
