I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with viewing the contacts page. That is certainly not what we want!
I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if it rectifies the issue:
1) Test your browser in Incognito/Safe Mode.
2) Try using another browser.
3) Do an Internet search for a "speed test" site. Make sure your upload/download speeds are at least 2 mbps.
4) Check your computer's security program to see if Constant Contact needs to be whitelisted.
5) Test the site on a different computer or a different Internet connection.
