We understand the importance of easily creating your campaign, and are always open to ways we can better our user’s experience. With that said, what exactly are you experiencing? Is this happening through the browser on your mobile device or the Constant Contact app? We have seen cases of customers being unable to edit their email in their mobile device’s browser. In these cases we suggest using the Constant Contact app instead.
