When you click to upload the image from your computer a browse window should open that allows you to look at the files on your computer. There could be a few reasons why this is not appearing. First, can you make sure that you are allowing pop-ups from Constant Contact? Also, make sure that you are using one of our compatible browsers. If after going through those two links you are still unable to get the browse window to open, can you try your browser without add-ons please? There may be a plugin or extension that is causing the window not to appear.
