I was wondering how we can access to my account again.
We changed the password earlier and tried to access several times with the wrong one I guess.
So it was locked, and it showed that reset your password now to unlock your account.
The email with the account name was the person's account who worked before.
So we couldn't access to the email either.
How can we resolve this problem?
