I had to pay ....
I deleted 3/4 of my contacts. Contacts I wanted to keep trying to get this to go through. When I go to billing it doesn’t ask me to pay. It shows my current plan.
Nothing I can do after working all day to send out this NONPROFIT invitation. I’m furious.
Please call me Monday morning. There is NO HELP ON THE WEEKEND

Constant Contact will automatically charge your card on file every month, and once you add the contacts that you want it will automatically update to that billing tier. Take a look at this helpful article that explains how you are billed as we can not talk about specific account billing on here for security reasons. I can also submit a case over to our billing department but that can take 24-48 business hours to complete. If you would like to talk to someone on Monday I do suggest giving them a call. I also took a look at your account and it looks like you can send emails at any time. Thanks!
