I cannot get my legacy series to cancel

I have an older automation that sends an email every time someone signs up. It does not have an option to disable the trigger. Every time I click to cancel the series it gives me an error and tells me to call support. I called support last week and got a ticket started, but I still have not heard anything back. This automation is really getting in the way of what I need to do with newer contacts and I am at a loss for what to do. Any help?
