I had a contact that said unsubscribed so I deleted the contact and now I can not create her as a contact again. I'm trying to figure out how to send an email asking her to subscribe??
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You won't be able to add her back or send an email to her through Constant Contact until she is resubscribed. You will want to send her a link to a Lead Generation Landing Page in a personal email outside of Constant Contact to get her added back. Thanks!
I deleted a record that was a duplicate person, with a different email. As it turns out, I need to change the record I kept to reflect that email, but it shows as "already in database." How can I edit the existing record to show that email?
If either of the contacts had been unsubscribed and/or resubscribed at any point, the associated email address is locked for that contact ID for Compliance reasons. You'll either need to have the contact sign back up with the new email address using one of your sign up forms, or you'll need to add the contact manually through either the copy/paste multiple or file upload methods.
