I signed up on the 5th July with there FREE first month offer, then was invoiced straight away. I live in New Zealand, so whenever i am at work - they are sleeping. So I emailed for help. I have now emailed 3 times, and have yet to have a responce. It seems I acturally have NO WAY of contacting them at all. I changed from to them, becasue soneone said, even through they were more expensive, they were good - but so far I am unimpressed with the support I CANT receive. Jennine (baby Caterpillar)
