We are happy to lower your billing down to the appropriate tier if you won't be importing more contacts. You will need to give a call to our billing team to get this completed. They are available 7am-9pm Monday-Friday for you. Here is a link to their contact information.


Please note, the account will remain set at the current tier until you can call in.
