I just completed adding the contact

however no save button appeared so though this is the 2nd attempt at adding this contact-------I believe your system has failed me again at completing the action. How do we resolve this issue?> How d

Hello @IrvS33. I'm so sorry that you're having trouble saving a contact. I went into your account and I wasn't able to replicate your issue. I would like to ask a few questions so we can find out what is going on:


- Did you try using a different browser or going into an incognito window to add the contact? If a different browser or incognito window shows the save button, then there is an issue with your browser. Please see this FAQ for more information. 

- Was this a new contact you were adding or an existing contact? When you are updating an existing contact, there is no save button. You enter the updated information and the information will save when you leave the page.


Also, if this issue is still occuring, if you could get a screenshot of what you are seeing, this would greatly help us help you with this issue!
