I'm not able to change the credit card on my account

It won't take the new credit card, please help

Hello @MattA54 ,

 

Are there any error messages showing up or anything you could screencap without showing your sensitive billing info? Have you tried any connectivity troubleshooting to see if something like the browser's cache is causing the issue?

 

If clearing your cache or performing other connectivity troubleshooting doesn't alleviate your issue, please call our Billing directly so they can securely confirm your account and update your billing info.
