I paid $45.00 for a FULL MONTH on 10/15/18; downgraded to $20.00 effective 11/15/18

I paid $45.00 for ONE FULL MONTH (10/15/18-11/15/18). You should not have downgraded me halfway through the month, because I already paid $45.00, and I did not receive a partial refund. I am really frustrated because I cannot satisfactorily complete my newsletter without the upgraded options that I ALREADY PAID $45 to have access. They AREN'T AVAILABLE!!! And when I try to use the items, it tries to upgrade, and it wants to charge MORE MONEY (around $28)  for the month through 11/15/18, even though I ALREADY PAID $45 THROUGH 11/15/18!!!

This is not a good first impression of this company that I am having.
