I really need my problems to be resolved

I have two issues with my account.

1. I cannot use tags. At all. Ever. I have never been able to make tags work, since tags were introduced as an option. My chat session from about a week ago tells me this is a problem on your end, associated with my account, and that I will be notified when this is resolved. 

2. My subscribers with MacMail email programs cannot see images in my emails. My Chat session from Fri, Aug 13, gave me some workaround options to get me through the weekend, but they did not work. My MacMail subscribers cannot see my images. 

These issues NEED to be fixed. I have spent over 20 hours this week on marketing emails, when I should spent less than an hour. All because of these two issues. Can you please give me an estimate of when they will be resolved. I do not want to move to another email marketing program. I have been with ConstantContact for years, but I cannot continue if I have to spend this much time on what should be a minor effort in my business evolutions.

Thanks for reaching out about your account! We apologize at this time we do not have a time estimate for when these defects will be resolved. Because these are not something experienced by all users they are troubleshooted on a case by case basis. With that said, for your tags are you able to send your campaign to the desired contacts following the workaround of manually creating a list of the contacts who are supposed to receive the email and sending to this newly created list instead? As for your images displaying in MacMail, what is the operating system version you're viewing your email campaign through? If you are not using the most updated version, does updating your MacMail help?
