I just got debited this morning, please I humbly request for a refund,
I registered on this platform a couple of weeks back, I wanted to test the platform out and see how it compares to other available options, since my company was venturing into massive email marketing; I suggested this platform, thanks to the many positive reviews i read online. Upon successfully registering, I was prompted to make a subscription of 20USD/month plan, which we did, we were given the first one month for free. Unfortunately the whole email marketing had to be put on hold due to so many factors, especially the corona virus pandemic.
However, before we closed office four weeks ago, we hadn't sent out a single mail. we were still compiling data and learning more about this platform. Now I just received an alert from my bank that I've successfully renewed my constant contact plan.
I wanted to call customer support, but the option to do so is grayed out on the website right now, it is showing closed. same thing with customer.chat session button - check attached screenshot of what i'm trying to say
I need my money back and I'll love to cancel my current plan, my office would love to use constant contact in the near future, but not right now.
You guys should please refund my money,
