I was just charged $45.00 but have less than 2500 contacts

When I went to sign in - I'm now at the lower price point... confused and frustrated. I've never sent to more than 2500 contacts. Can you adjust my billing... why was I charged 45 instead of $30.

It looks like between 1/20 and 2/19 you may have imported new contacts to bump the total up to 4676 during this period so your billing increased to the 2501-5000 contact range for $45 a month. I do see that you have since lowered your contacts back down to 2365 so your billing can decrease. To decrease moving forward you'll need to give our billing team a call directly.
