I was overbilled

I was suppose to receive a 20% discount. Please credit my card for the mistake and the difference.

I'm so sorry you were overbilled! Unfortunately, due to your own Account Security, we cannot discuss billing matters on the Community. If you give our Billing experts a call (here are their hours and numbers), they will be able to help you with your issue.
