INCOMPLETE/ABANDONED Registration Payments


Is anyone else having the registration payment issues we are dealing with at our office? They are not going through, and registrants are being told to contact the Event Organizer. I've talked with CC numerous times about this issue with no change. HELP!

What payment processor are you using to collect payments for your event? Does disconnecting that PayPal or WePay account and then reconnecting it via your Event settings alleviate the issue for payment processing? Is there any common element between the failed registrations - such as a particular organization domain or geographical location? Are the payments still going through on the end of the processor, or are they truly failing to collect payments?


UPDATE: We received your email reply, and tracked the same SRQs that have been tracked before for the engineers to review further. If and when there is a fix, they'll notify you directly. At this time however there is no ETA regarding a fix for the PayPal payment issues described in your email.
