the preview showed a white background, so our artwork was visible. After posting on IG, the actual background was black, so viewers can read only 1/2 the piece of art and now I can't delete it.

Hello @SteveP19 ,

 

Are you saying the actual image for the Insta post changed color? Or is it that when you view the post directly in your Insta, the dark mode causes the image to be less visible? Is your image visible if you turn dark mode off? Additionally, any posts you make for Insta can be deleted if you're the owner / admin of the page it was posted to.
