Identify and Merge Duplicate Contact Information

From HELP: "Important: When you delete a contact record, all of the email engagement information found in the contact record is deleted with it." Is there a way to merge the email engagement information into the duplicate record I want to keep?

Hello @KimK0310 ,

 

It is not possible to preserve engagement note data from one contact to another.
