If i accidentally put a duplicate email in will CC just NOT add it

Hello @ChuckA4 ,

 

The system checks for duplicates of the same unique email address (what determines a unique contact) whenever you import, add to a list, etc. Only new contact field info associated with the email address (such as First Name, physical address, list membership, etc.) will be added / updated when you re-import a duplicate.

The system checks for duplicates of the same unique email address (what determines a unique contact) whenever you import, add to a list, etc. Only new contact field info associated with the email address (such as First Name, physical address, list membership, etc.) will be added / updated when you re-import a duplicate.
