Hello!

I work with a United Way and we have received this email from someone in our contact list. Any ideas why this would be happening for a company with their email addresses?

Hello @United_Way_of_Bemidji_Area ,

 

Are they able to open the email in other email programs, other networks, or on their mobile device without issue? Are they running any VPNs or other security software or protocols that would be blocking the images from showing?
