We apologize that you encountered this issue when trying to import your contacts. We've marked your account as affected, and submitted the case to the engineers for further review. If and when there's an update to the issue, they'll notify you.
Unfortunately if this issue is affecting your particular Office 365 account, the only workaround at this time would be to manually export your contacts from O365, then manually import them. You may also be able to find a 3rd party integration that can assist with the contact syncing between us and O365, if you prefer a slightly more automated process.
