When importing from a spreadsheet, It seems that I can only import the home address into an address block. If I have other mailing addresses for Work and Other, they don't update into a block, but into separate custom fields. My Work and Other addresses use column headers that were exported right from Constant Contact address blocks. Any ideas?
If I upload the addresses individually, can I somehow force the address type to be Work or Other?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! In order to make sure your contacts are imported into the account with the correct information, you will need to make sure the column headers are labeled. It looks like all of your addresses were in the same column when you imported them, you will want to make sure they are in separate columns. An example, is column A could be labeled "Address - work" and column B could be labeled "Address - Home". Thank you!
