With is new update im unable to find the import pdf tab, can someone please help me where to locate this?
thank you,
Hi @WiltonRancheria ,
Great question! You should be able to import a PDF to use as an email by clicking Campaigns > Create > Email > Import PDF to email. If you were trying to insert a link to a PDF in an already existing email campaign, you'd want to insert a document link.
Hi Amanda,
it seems that the tab is no longer there, I cant find it anywhere on the website.
it also mentions something about This feature is currently only available in our third-generation email editor.
how do I get the third-generation?
If your account has been switched to the new email creation setup, you won't have the Import PDF option available. While our devs work on setting up this functionality for the newer template selection screen, you can use a blank template and still upload PDFs to generate their first page image. Then just add the relevant document link to your email.

This is a significant change. Sending an email campaign with an imported pdf flyer is the way we use this app 95% of the time. We have done this hundreds of times! And now, I'm struggling with trying to figure out how to start with a blank page and import my pdf. How about a step-by-step instruction guide for this?
You can find step-by-step instructions for uploading and adding your documents via that first link in my earlier response. The three additional links explicitly lay out how you'd set up each linking type.
i was given this link to import PDFs into an email campaign:
