Import a list of SMS contacts who have already provided permission BUT no email

We are transferring contacts from another SMS service into Constant Contact, however, we did not collect emails of those folks, ONLY their phone numbers. Is there a way to upload them without emails?

Email addresses are a requirement to establish a unique contact for delivery, compliance, reporting, and billing purposes. Therefore, they're are a required element of SMS contacts as well at this time.
