How do I cut and paste from an excel list, or import from excel

Here are some great resources to help you add your contacts to a list in your Constant Contact account:

• Upload a File or Spreadsheet - Take a spreadsheet of contacts, format it to prevent upload errors, and import it into Constant Contact.
• Type or Paste Contact Information - Add a handful of contacts and their details manually by copying and pasting them into your contact record.

Please note that if you are uploading a file of your contacts, that will need to be saved to your desktop in order to be uploaded! Please let us know if you have any questions or difficulties adding in your contacts, and have a great weekend!
