Welcome to the Community! When you said that the images are not showing, I'm not sure if you mean that that PDF is not showing as an image in your library, or if the converted image isn't showing all of the pictures that were on the original PDF.
The most common cause for both of those problems however is simply an issue with how our system is reading that PDF. Sometimes security settings, layer settings, or other display settings can give the automated system difficulty when reading the PDF. The best solution is to either use your PDF editor to 'flatten' the layers, or to use a PDF compression program. Both of those processes will generally remove the extra coding that was causing problems in the system. If that doesn't work, then feel free to send your PDF as an attachment to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post, and we'll be happy to take a look at why it's not working for you.
I have a similar question. The pdf uploaded in the email campaign isn't showing up in the email unless I click on "display images". Is there a way to avoid this?
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry your image isn't displaying in your email campaign. When having to click "Display Images" that usually means it's a setting within your own email provider. You'll first want to make sure your settings enable images to display automatically. If the settings in your email provider are correct and you still can't view images you can also check to make sure your web browser isn't blocking images.
