Hello @StevenC747 ,

Is it the PDF itself, or the auto-generated image of the first page, that appears blurry? Does compressing the PDF prior to import allow a clearer first page image to be auto-generated? Are you able to screencap or manually generate an image of the first page, and insert that instead?

Compressing/sharpening does not help. I have not tried to add the pdf as an imagine but I have attempted to add other images and they are also comping in blurry. The only way to get the item clear is to provide a link to the image, but that is not what I am attempting to do. The pdf is the entire email template.

So all images you attempt to upload into the Library, or while editing your email, upload blurry?

Correct, you can review he table in Campaign "Copy of UB Cash Sweep" for an example of what a sharpened image looks like when added. And "UB Cash Sweep Notice to Customers 20211210 FINAL" for what it looks like when I try to import the the PDF to serves as the actual email.

How large are the images before you import them into the Library? Are they larger than 1200px for either dimension?

For the table image: size 165.2 KB  dimensions 1553x 435

Does reducing the size of the images to a maximum 1200 for either dimension allow a clearer upload? Does using similarly shrunk images in your PDF allow for a clearer upload?

The PDF template is just a pdf and not a JPG.
