Many subscribers say they don't receive CC emails. If I try to re-subscribe them, a "confirmation" email apparently goes out to them from CC, which they also don't receive. CC could do more to improve deliverability.

Contacts who are unsubscribed will have to be re-subscribed before they can receive any emails sent from your Constant Contact account. However if they do not receive this re-subscribe email we suggest having them sign up through you Landing Page form. You can email the URL to this form directly from your personal account. Once they sign-up through this form they will then receive an Update Profile email. It's also important to mention we do have have deliverability agents available by phone who specialize in making sure emails are delivered to contacts. Making sure your contacts receive emails directly in their inbox is very important to us!
