In Queue but hasn't sent yet

I could be jumping the gun here but I want to make sure my train is taking off the way it should before I run into any major problems. So! I have 3 landing pages speaking to different needs. Each one has a separate (but fairly similar) welcome series. From that I (thought) I set up my emails to funnel everyone (no matter the landing page) into my general weekly newsletter. Set it to deliver specifically on Tuesdays. Also set it for 7 days between each email (don't know if this is going to bite me in the ass later but i know setting it up for a specific day takes precedence.) The trigger for my weekly newsletter is joining ANY of those landing pages. Currently up to 25 contacts. Because there is a 5 day (email everyday) welcome series, I have my newsletter set to start delivering 5 days after they've joined a list. These 25 contacts are currently sitting in queue. I'm going to see if they all send out this coming Tuesday BUT IF NOT....I need to know what I'm doing wrong so I can fix this ASAP. Hope someone out there can lend me a hand. Thanks a million.
