I see that you are looking to cancel this feature, in order to do this, you must call our billing department. All cancellations need to be handled by this department for account security. You can find hours of operation and contact phone numbers here.
Please remove inbox preview from our account imemdiately. It is bad customer service not to have this feature available under account settings.

Remove inbox preview from my account imemdiately. It is bad customer service not to have this feature available to remove under account settings. It speaks to poor ethics to trick your customers into this add-on. It makes me not trust you, not want to reccomend your service, and think you lack ethics and integrity.
Due to account security we are unable to make any billing updates through the Community. I can however see you were able to connect with our Support and have this add-on removed.
