Hello @SeanC49. Our Inbox Preview is a product available to purchase that allows you to easily preview your email in five different email clients and devices at once. You are still able to use our regular preview feature for no additional charge. I'm sorry to hear that you do not wish to continue using this product but I have sent a request to our team to have this product removed from your account.

For the security of your account we cannot go into an account's billing details through the Community. Please give a call in to our billing department at the numbers and hours listed here. I also did NOT want email preview for $10. You should make it more clear what your accepting on the page. Burried in the 4 paragraphs you can see the $10 charge for it, but the page looks like your accepting some terms and conditions NOT agreeing to a $10 charge for a redundant add-on.  Please remove it from my account and refund any charges incurred from it. Thank you

Inbox Preview

Can you please remove inbox preview from my account? I accidentally enabled it and do not want it. There is no spot to email support if it is off hours.
