Inbox Preview

You charged me $4.81 for Inbox Preview. I tried it a couple of times during the free trial and did not sign up for this. I don't use it or like it. Refund the money and make sure I am not signed up for it. Thank you.

Hello @ChristeenA. If you reply directly to the email that I sent to you regarding your Inbox Preview charge, it will be send over to the team that has ownership of your case.

I belive the same thing happened to my account, i did not sign in for the inbox preview i want to remove it and get a refund on the money spent. it started in April which means i was charged for 5$ in April, May, June and July.

i want to get a refund on the money spent. it started in April which means i was charged for 5$ in April, May, June and July.

Yes, I too am being charged $10 extra a month for this service I don't recall signing up for.  Please cancel this for me and refund me for the recent months I was billed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To have inbox preview removed, you will want to give our Billing team a call. To have anything removed or cancelled, a call into our Billing department is always needed for security reasons. Thanks!

Why is there even an extra charge for this??? 

 

We have been with Constant Contact for many years & were never charged extra for this service & have always had it.

 

One of our staff designs the email and just sends it to me for preview via email for approval and now we have to pay extra for that?   I don't understand....

Hello @DarleneL02068 it looks like you may be describing Previewing an Email or Test Sending an Email. These features are free within your account.

 

This thread is discussing an additional service we offer which is Inbox Preview. When you send a test email to yourself, you can only see how it looks in your own inbox, inbox preview allows you to see how your email will appear across multiple email clients and devices.

I tried inbox preview.  I used it once.   I did not like it.  Please stop billing me for this.  We pay enough for your service...This should be free.  Please stop billing our account for this.  We do not use it, we do not want it, and you give us no way to disable it.

Hi. I accidentally clicked on the inbox preview and was charged $10. I've now been charged $10 for an additional 3 months and can't figure out how to stop it. I don't use the service, never have. I get an invoice for the $10 but can't find where on my account I have subscribed to the service to turn it off. Constant Contact, I'm not impressed. Please make your charges obvious with an option to cancel.

I agree, we cant get the test email to work at all anymore.

 

Looks like Constant Contact just want an extra $10 for feature that used to be free and has worked just fine until now.....

 

We are already charged a very high price for the service.

Hello @SeanC49. Our Inbox Preview is a product available to purchase that allows you to easily preview your email in five different email clients and devices at once. You are still able to use our regular preview feature for no additional charge. I'm sorry to hear that you do not wish to continue using this product but I have sent a request to our team to have this product removed from your account.
