Inbox Preview

You charged me $4.81 for Inbox Preview. I tried it a couple of times during the free trial and did not sign up for this. I don't use it or like it. Refund the money and make sure I am not signed up for it. Thank you.

Pls cancel my preview of $10 monthly as I keyed acceptance by mistake

I also did NOT want email preview for $10. You should make it more clear what your accepting on the page. Burried in the 4 paragraphs you can see the $10 charge for it, but the page looks like your accepting some terms and conditions NOT agreeing to a $10 charge for a redundant add-on.  Please remove it from my account and refund any charges incurred from it. Thank you

Can you please remove inbox preview from my account? I accidentally enabled it and do not want it. There is no spot to email support if it is off hours.

Do you think you accidentally signed up for the Inbox Preview feature? If that's the case and you wish to remove it from your account then please give our billing team a call to have it removed. Click Here for their contact information.

I would also like this removed from our account as it should be included, and doesn't work anyway half the time. Why doesn't a section exist on the website to remove add-ons? This definitely feels like a nickel-and-dime attempt and your company should look into just including it in plans.

I accidentally clicked on the inbox preview and was automatically charged for the service, but am having THE HARDEST time finding how to cancel the feature. I do not use it, just clicked on the tab by accident. How do I go about removing this feature from my account>?

You can cancel add-on services like Inbox Preview through our Billing support. To make sure you're assisted I got your case submitted to the Billing team. They should be reaching out to your account's primary email address within the next 1-2 business days with an update. For a quicker response, you may wish to call them directly.
