I am a new customer. This is my second month using this service and already there is a billing issue

I'm so sorry to hear this! This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have as we understand the importance of being billed correctly. However for your account security we are unable to go into a account's billing details here in the Community. Instead we ask that you please call into our Billing Support. One of these agents can help take a look at the charges on your account.
