My account still on trail or in another words the trail expired already and i did not chose any plan and you charged me already twice , so i want my money to be refund , thanks Workssplus

I looked at the account attached to this thread, and I couldn't find any billing information that we could even charge.


Since we ultimately cannot handle billing through the Community, I'd recommend you reach out to our Billing team. They can assist you in discovering what account has been set up with your billing information, as well as assist you with the charges and getting the account canceled.
