Individual survey disappeared

My individual survey results went away not sure how that happened. Please help restore.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I was able to recalculate the results of the last survey created in your account which should have fixed the issue. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you can not see the survey results still after refreshing your screen and please reply back with the title of the survey if the results are still gone. Thanks!
