When I try to insert image, the screen for it pops up but the bottom is missing. I can't actually insert the image. CC told me to clear cache and other stuff. I did. Also tried with other emails, different browser and even a different computer. I was told it is a problem on their end and might take 4 or 5 days to fix. Anyone have a work around? I am desperate.

I'm not seeing in the chat logs where any of the agents specified a resolution time frame. As for the actual issue, I'm not seeing the insert or rest of the library sub-window cutoff on my end, and that's when testing in multiple browsers. Is your browser zoomed in or out beyond the standard 100%? Does going to 100% alleviate the issue for you?
