Instagram Integration

I have verified everything - I have a Business Page on Facebook and a Business Account on Instagram - they are connected in Meta. When I try to add it on Constant Contact Social - it acts like it's loading and the account is never added. Trying to connect:  

 

 

I have gone through everything and cannot get it to connect, please advise. Thank you.

Hello @KateyEKTM ,

 

I'd advise calling general support so they can provide live troubleshooting, or work with our Tier 2 team live to investigate further.
