Have you tried logging out and back into your Facebook / Instagram business account, before engaging with your client's social inbox set up? It's possible it's caching your client's login credentials in the account connection.
I have this same issue - and none of the suggestions are resolving. I can only see the clients instagram - not mine.
It is connected properly to my business page. It just doesn't show in CC.
Can you please try a different browser to see if it is because your client's Instagram information is cached into your browser? Thanks!
