Followed instructions, made sure my profile is linked with facebook. Still will not populate to connect via constant contact...

Hello @SteveS9284 ,

 

Is your Instagram page that you're trying to connect a business page or a creator page? Is the associated Facebook account an admin on any business pages within Facebook / do you have a Facebook business manager setup?

 

In your Facebook business manager's settings, is there a "Review Account Connection" section under the connected Instagram account? Is the FB business manager's owner the same as the Insta business profile? Is the current owner of the FB and Insta account using the same login for both, or are they separate logins?
