My personal FB account allows me to be an Admin for my job's Facebook account. Constant Contact will not allow me to access Instagram for either entity because both are under different names. How do I get around this?

Hello @CustomerS856 ,

 

The Instagram business profile needs to be linked with the FB business page you're an admin of. Otherwise we will not be granted the permission, per FB/Insta's API restrictions, to connect the pages to your CTCT account. I'd recommend going through this article that covers connecting an Insta business profile to a FB business page. If you need further guidance on connecting the pages/profiles, I'd recommend reaching out to Instagram and/or Facebook's support.
